Return Conditions

If the product does not have committed qualities, it can be returned within 15 days from the date of invoice unless the cover of a purchased product packaging is opened and partly consumed, replicated with other substances such as water etc. In order to do this, the product must be;

a)     sent with the receipt

b)    returned in original packaging and box

c)     sent by the same cargo service which was delivered by

d)    not damaged in any way or consumed

Delivery Policy
The products on our website are shipped by contacted logistics companies no later than three "3" business days from the date on which you make payment. The logistics company make the deliveries of the products for Istanbul, Ankara, Kocaeli, Bursa and all the provinces located in Aegean Region in one (1) to three (3) business days, and within three (3) to five (5) days for regions and provinces in Anatolia except for the above-mentioned regions and other provinces. Since we work with Logistics Companies, delivery times were determined taking into consideration the possibility of delays that might caused by Logistics Company. Delivery times are defined herein as maximum and the actual deliveries usually take shorter than these periods.

Privacy Policy
The personal information given by online shoppers through the website of Ozgun Olive and Olive Oil INC. is kept confidential to third parties except for the purposes and scope that were set out by the Privacy Policy. Personal information includes contact name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address as well as any other information to identify users and in short it is referred as "Confidential Information".

OZGUN OLIVE AND OLIVE OIL INC. does not disclose personal information to any company or third parties except for the extent defined in this Privacy Policy and User Agreement. 

Terms of Warranty
All products sold in by company are genuine and under the guarantee of our company.  Orders are taken through a final quality check before dispatch. Shipments are made as insured cargoes. If you notice any tear, break or similiar problems on the product at the time of delivery, do not accept the product and return it to the shipping manager.
