Sucu Khalil, an olive-loving, was born in 1928 in Ayvalık.  Uncle Khalil is a perfect Aegean with his Aegean accent and attitudes and he established a place in everyone's hearts with his welcoming words "Welcome sonny" Tirelessly, he tells with a 83 years of wisdom his love of Ayvalik and the greatness of olives and olive oil.

Ahmet Sucu, son of Uncle Khalil, tells one of his memories about his father who often experienced sweet problems due to his eye condition One day we went to the store with my mom. My father greeted my mom: "Welcome my daughter" I believe that the aroma of our olives comes from my father's enjoyment of chat and laughter.
